Manager Role

Our Managers are responsible for both the on-site engagement implementation as well as business development. FirstCatalyst Managers have typically gained their deep understanding from consulting backgrounds with years of highly successful experience gained within large global consulting firms.

Candidate Role

• Seek opportunities to exceed client's expectations
• Plan and manage client engagements
• Lead client and consulting teams, using FirstCatalyst quality budgets, workplans and reporting materials
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues which could impact on engagement success
• Develop and provide required functional and technical content
• Manage client relationships
• Coach and develop client teams

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years experience with demonstrated success through promotions
• MBA and/or Undergraduate degree
• Deep knowledge of commercial aspects of business
• Exceptional project management skills
• Proven ability to effectively manage both client and consulting teams
• Demonstrated business development success
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to Board level of client organisations
• Willingness to work within FirstCatalyst's 3-4-5 approach
