Consultant Role

Our Consultants are responsible for the on-site engagement implementation of a business stream or team. FirstCatalyst Consultants have typically gained their consulting backgrounds from years of highly successful experience gained within large global consulting firms.

Candidate Role

• Seek opportunities to exceed client's expectations
• Plan and manage a business stream or team
• Lead a business stream or team, using FirstCatalyst quality workplans and reporting materials
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues which could impact on a team's success
• Conduct client workshops and interviews to gain insights and knowledge
• Develop and provide required functional and technical content for a specific team
• Provide high quality materials and work for each assigned deliverable
• Coach and develop client teams

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years experience with demonstrated success through promotions
• MBA and/or Undergraduate degree
• Very good knowledge of commercial aspects of business
• Proven ability to effectively manage small project teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work within FirstCatalyst's 3-4-5 approach
