Analyst Role

Our Analysts are responsible for the on-site quantitative deliverables. FirstCatalyst Analysts have typically gained their consulting backgrounds from their highly successful experience gained within large global consulting firms.

Candidate Role

• Seek opportunities to exceed client's expectations
• Plan and manage quantitative work on an engagement
• Lead the analytical work, using FirstCatalyst quality workplans and reporting materials
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues which could impact on the quantitative team's success
• Conduct client interviews to gather data and insights
• Develop and provide required analytical approaches
• Provide high quality materials and work for each assigned deliverable

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years experience
• Undergraduate degree
• Exceptional analytical ability
• Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Good knowledge of commercial aspects of business
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated team player skills
• Willingness to work within FirstCatalyst's 3-4-5 approach
